A South Carolina Republican, Nancy Mace, is outflanking Joe Biden on this issue, and Amazon has thrown their public support behind her marijuana legalization bill. Kudos on this one issue to both Nancy Mace of SC and Amazon management, who have realized that marijuana legalization is good for business regarding employee retention. Amazon has made intelligent calculations. Nancy Mace (R-SC) has made a brilliant policy move. It's widely supported by American adults. Gary Chambers Jr., a Democrat running for the Lousiana Senate, runs on a pro-cannabis legalization platform; like others, he understands that marijuana legalization is now supported by nearly 70% of American adults.
If you haven't already watched Gary Chambers Jr.'s excellent campaign video titled 37 Seconds, donate to him to help him get elected. The more allies on this issue on both sides, the better.
We need as many fighters as we can get on this fight; Democrats, Republicans, Independents must fight this battle; we want the smoke figuratively and literally. Marijuana legalization means real jobs, real money. According to most research, the fact is that it is expected both recreation sales and medicinal marijuana sales are expected to reach over $45 Billion by 2025.
Legalization will ultimately lead to more research. Just recently, Oregon State University found in a study that two minor cannabinoids, CBDA and CBGA, are both effective in preventing the COVID virus from entering the human cell. If we found out about minor cannabinoids assisting with a genuine medical issue today, what can the other 80-100 cannabinoids do?
If you support marijuana legalization, you are on the right side of history. Americans must defend the right to seek medical freedom from Big Pharma and recreational freedom from a bland, prudish society. As adults, in America, the home of the free, we should have the right to relax after work with a blunt, a joint, or bowl in peace without having to worry about prosecution and slander.
